I have collected a range of images for my A$AP tour advertising poster and from what I have researched from album covers to basic photoshoots that there image and whole theme is very dark, this is something that is very hard to pull off when advertising. The album covers I have collected from the mob members which apart from the Trap Lord album are all very dark such as the 'Lords Never Worry' album in which it uses some very simple photography on a black background which I think personally doesn't work well in a design view, this album was only used as a mixtape so maybe wasn't as thought out as my next researched album cover. The 'Long.Live.A$AP.' which a range of different effects on one present image, this gives the cover a very personal identity to every other on the shelf this is why it is so important to do so when in a competitive industry. The photo's I have collected are from there magazine spreads and advertising roles as artists, this is quite a big group of people so they are generally shot within a very large area, these images are still very dark and help them correlate to there albums and also there merchandise which I have exampled at the top of the page which have been designed around group record labels and past song lyrics.
